Hello, I’m Clare, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire and Northwich, Cheshire, working online with clients throughout the UK. I believe that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to nutrition and everyone’s health journey is unique.
I take a holistic approach, addressing all aspects of health including nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and more, uncovering the root cause of ill health. My mission is to equip clients with the most effective, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies personalised to their individual health challenges, preferences and goals.
Whether you're navigating digestive issues, weight management, low energy, or hormonal changes like perimenopause, I offer support that goes beyond a meal plan. I bring in health coaching techniques to help you follow through, create habits that last, and make your plan work in real life, not just on paper.

I have a special interest in disordered eating patterns, especially binge–restrict cycles. I’ve undertaken additional psychological training to deepen my understanding in this area and provide a compassionate, judgement-free space to explore what’s really driving your relationship with food.
